We encourage new customers to take advantage of our 2-day trial before purchasing a subscription. The trial gives you an opportunity to determine whether the service works properly with your device, internet connection, and setup before making a purchase.

Because customers have the opportunity to test the service before purchasing, refunds are not provided for unused subscription time, compatibility issues, changes of mind, internet problems, device problems, or failure to use the service.

Customers are responsible for confirming that they are using a supported device before purchasing.
